Brilliant service. I am so pleased I found this company after being let down by a National company. The service from iData Destruction was much more personalised and flexible and also more cost effective. I couldn’t fault anything from my first enquiry, to my devices / documents being dropped off (George offered to collect my items but I chose to take them myself) and then receiving the certificates of destruction and invoice. All very smooth and professional. I will use them again and I would highlight recommend them too.

Excellent service which I have used before. Clearing out an office so collected a number of bags from iDATA a few weeks ago then rang re home collection of the bags, plus laptops and discs/dongles etc. …. all collected next day and I am completely satisfied that everything is now safely and properly disposed of. This is the fist time we have used them (having a mega, well overdue clearout at home) although I have worked for 2 oganisations locally who have used them for years. The place is accesible, the cost is more than reasonable, the staff are very helpful and happy! we got to see our bag being shredded and the certificate was emailed super promptly.

Excellent service especially for drop in and always ready to help when required.
I’ve sent my young son a couple of times to drop off sacks of waste paper and the kind gentleman showed him how it all works.
My son was really impressed and shared his exciting news during dinner. What a fabulous few they have.

Excellent service, staff come out to collect the confidential waste from my car and take my details. Have dropped off many times I can see my documents being shredded and am asked each time. Staff are friendly and helpful. The certificate of destruction is received the next day. I think it is reasonably priced and have no hesitation recommending IDataDestruction.

I phoned the week before to arrange a walk in appointment for personal confidential paperwork and 2 computer hard drives. Payment is by bank transfer or cash. The whole procedure was straightforward, the lady who attended to me was kind & helpful. Highly recommend.

Excellent service! They come every week to empty the collection, just pop in and empty and leave a paper receipt for the collection, takes seconds. Also great at extra collections, just give them a call, they will collect ASAP and even drop off bags if you need them. Would highly recommend!

Great professional service. For the home user like me they provide a bag and tie and once filled they will securely shred the paper contents. Always ready to help carry the bags and always friendly. Space for unloading the bags too. Forgot they closed at 12.30pm Fridays. But George was coming out and took my bag .. etc what a star. No more shredding and replacing shredders every few years ..IDD are the complete service

Great company, collect regularly and always on time. The office staff are friendly and accommodating. If I need an extra collection, they are always happy to schedule in where possible at short notice. Great price for the service received, wouldn’t hesitate to recommend.
